I quickly check the link.

The 'new' version use a FTDI  (FT232BM) ) chip which has Mac OS X drivers. Once the driver is installed it shows up in the system as a regular serial port.

Thanks for the information.


Assuming the drivers show up as a POSIX serial driver it should be fine for PowerPC.
