Subject: Jupiter GRS transit at 2006 Opposition

Managed to capture the GRS transit tonight and imaging was so good I had to quickly process 

them and share.    I used Sky & Telescope website's GRS Transit predictor and it was right on 

the money time wise.

The latest version of AstroIIDC also has improved support for autoguiding via Autostar for 

those of you interested.  I'm just waiting for a focal reducer and intend to image DSO through 

my TV refractor while guiding through the Maksutov.
