Thanks Milton - just returning from a weekend at NEAF - which was great fun.

Was it a good conference?

I enjoyed seeing your lunar shot - the region around Messier is one of my favorite spots on the moon.

Thanks. Some day when I have a larger aperture scope I'd like to do a detailed sequence of the northern western side of Mare Nectarus - about 1 Theophilus crater diameter  south east of Theophilus (i.e. 100 km). There is that obvious volcanic cone (small dark patch with a central crater in my image) their and a few not visible volcanic cones in that area that I'd like to image if I had a larger scope and hopefully better skies.

Another area of interest is the darker rougher area (possibly pyroclastics) to the north Theophilus too.

TTYL..
