Subject: Re: [Astro_IIDC] Astro IIDC 3.00.01 available

Thanks for the quick fix, I sure am glad I wasn't imaging between 12:00 and 2:00 last night!

Last Saturday night I was treated to a night of good seeing and took the opportunity to image Jupiter through a 3.5" Maksutov and a Quantum 6 scope.  I put together a short animation showing the transit of Europa and a hint of Red Jr.  I used Quicktime to make a movie from 16 LRGB images, you can find it at the following address.  This was very time consuming and i will be looking for a way to automate the process!

  Also, I captured a few decent images with the Quantum scope that can be seen a the bottom of the following page.

Wishing all of you good seeing,

Phil

Hi Folks;

Last night at 12 am June 1st, 2006, a beta timer kicked off in Astro

IIDC. It would post a message stating this Alpha had expired and then

refuse to let you get any further.

This has been corrected and a new version (3.00.01) was posted to the

Astro IIDC web site at 2 am this morning. To download it, please point
