Subject: The Imaging Source AF/BF Cameras

Hello AstroIIDC users, 

There are issues with using the The Imaging Source AF/BF series

cameras on Mac OSX computers. We deeply regret the trouble and

discomfort this issue caused to you.

We found that the issue is caused by a firmware/DSP malfunction that

prevents the camera from waking up from low-power mode correctly and

thus lets the camera fail to deliver video images. 

We are currently testing a firmware update along with an update

utility for Mac OSX. The release of this new version is scheduled for

the end of this week.
