The key was sent out at 1:42 pm MST, which was roughly 2.5 hours ago (we are -7 UTZ), My main ISP was all messed up yesterday for e-mail so this might be happening again sporadically today. I have just sent the key again using another e-mail account on another ISP just in case they are still messed up.
You should get video previewing in demo mode, so what your seeing is not "normal". If your only getting "white", then the camera likely has an older firmware load and needs the "newer" firmware version. Form what I understand form TIS, they are not loading the new firmware into their cameras yet, as they are still doing more testing.
To get the firmware update, you can send an e-mail to
and ask for the "OSX Universal Binary Firmware Updater".
Since it's the weekend in Germany by now, they likely won't get back to you until monday. If you can't wait that long, then send me an e-mail (milton@outcasoft.com) and I can e-mail you the Mac 3016 firmware update directly (it's 40 kilobytes). That version worked fine for both David and myself on PowerPC Macs and x86 MacIntels.
