If you don't provide us with your Camera Capture settings when you recorded the movies, it's pretty hard to see what's happening with your camera settings or explain why your getting no color.


As to bad weather, it's -15 to -25°C here at night and has been cloudy,  snowing with ice fog or freezing rain for the past 3 weeks, so I can commiserate on that too.
