Hi,

I just got an imaging source camera - the DFK 21AF04.AS.

I downloaded the Astro IIDc software, just to check that all is well.

I opened the camera and  software recognizes the camera [in demo mode], but all I get is 

blank white screen when I start the video and no mater what controls I alter or which slider I 

slide, it stays perfectly white!

Help!!
