I wonder what it will do tonight as the bright material expands outwards. Might deliver a bigger brighter tail.
I was going to get the spotting scope and have a look from the parking lot (I can only see to the south off the balcony with the C8), but it was hard to see more than 50 feet in the blizzard that dumped snow on us last night.
