Hi Alberto;

Not a problem and sorry if I came across as overly harsh or whipping

people or whatever.

I just want users to do the right thing and the right thing is to send

support issues to me directly.

So when you get time answer those questions I asked and send me the

screen shots I asked for and I can probably help you.

Ok Milton, ok group members,

I'm sorry for that.

Milton, If you remember in the past i always sent all

my support request directly to you.

Today i had the sudden inspiration and i thought that

it was unfair to send the request directly to you so i

deliberately decided to send it to the group thinking

to do the right thing.

Wow! it was the first time but I promise that i won't

do it anymore...

Pleeeeeease don't whip me!

Greetings to all

Hi Folks;

This is being dealt with off line between Alberto

and me.

Just so we are clear about things, ALL Technical

Support Questions are

to be directed to:

support@...

The Yahoo Group list is where people can discuss

general interest

things such as camera types, camera issues, cables

to use, techniques

they use, new images they captured, things they

would like added in

Astro IIDC 5 (the features for Astro IIDC 4 is cast

in stone and not

changeable now) etc.

It is NOT for Astro IIDC support requests which are

to be sent to me at:

support@...

The reason for that is because you can not embed

images, data files,

text dumps etc. in a Yahoo text message - they get

stripped out by

Yahoo. So I get incomplete reports back and people

wind up re-sending

stuff. Secondly it clutters up the list with issues

that may be of no

interest to anyone and can be exceedingly specific

to the end users

situation.
