That's a wonderful image!  Shows the great optics of

the ED80 (my fave) plus the super photon-capturing

ability of the EOS 350, as modded, and your excellent

work.


Note your use of the Astronomik CLS filter in the

setup.  Would you give some discussion as to when that

filter should be used??  I live in the light-polluted

suburbs, so maybe your answer for me would be "all the

time."  Or maybe not.


That's why I ask because I'm learning from the

"masters", like you, on this group, and because I have

an ED80 and the EOS 350, unmodded at the moment.
