My guess is that you licensed your software for use with a particular camera instead of with a particular computer.  I believe I remember Milton saying that would require the camera to be plugged in when the software starts up, but then it can be unplugged and will continue to work.

I am working from memory here which is always a dangerous thing for me.  :-)  I am sure that Milton will chime in here tomorrow.

I've tried combining images with pretty good success my first try. Here is Saturn. Good luck.
