I guess that Willie is right 100%.

I remember too that Milton explained about the possibility to unplug the camera  after the software start up.

If you purchased the camera license (like me) then the camera itself behaves like a dongle key.


I find that a little uncomfortable but i  understand 100% the reasons of Milton.

His work needs to be protetcted someway.

My guess is that you licensed your software for use with a particular
camera instead of with a particular computer. I believe I remember
Milton saying that would require the camera to be plugged in when the
software starts up, but then it can be unplugged and will continue to
work.

I am working from memory here which is always a dangerous thing for
me. :-) I am sure that Milton will chime in here tomorrow.
