I only have KeySpan here for testing, so I have never tried anything else. Other products may or may not work and it will depend on what OS X version too.
Several of Serial adapters died or were resurrected when Panther / Tiger / Leopard was released because Apple changes the underlying guts without testing or telling any developers what they are doing.
