Hi Phil and others;
Thanks for the kind words..
Actually it wasn't that much work, maybe an hour start to finish and
working on a G4 1.25 ghz single core Laptop too. Astro IIDC auto
stacked the 9 movies. Then I processed the resulting stacked image in
Astro IIDC's Image Processing module. After that I used an old tool
(My Compositor) to manually align and auto blend the edges of images
together to produce the mosaic. One could do that with PhotoShop too.
I almost did not image the moon, as I was out primarily just testing
out the Off Axis Guider to get it all tuned up and check out some
guiding changes. But since it was "there" and I used it for focussing
both cameras, I thought I'd grab some quick movies.
TTYL..

Milton, That's a great image. Quite a bit of work I see but very
nice results.

Hi Folks;
I just uploaded a nice color enhanced image of the moon I took this
week:

It was taken at sunset, so the darker terminator areas have that
bluish sky colouration.
