Thanks for the kind words..


Actually it wasn't that much work, maybe an hour start to finish and

working on a G4 1.25 ghz single core Laptop too. Astro IIDC auto

stacked the 9 movies. Then I processed the resulting stacked image in

Astro IIDC's Image Processing module. After that I used an old tool

(My Compositor) to manually align and auto blend the edges of images

together to produce the mosaic. One could do that with PhotoShop too.


I almost did not image the moon, as I was out primarily just testing

out the Off Axis Guider to get it all tuned up and check out some

guiding changes. But since it was "there" and I used it for focussing

both cameras, I thought I'd grab some quick movies.

It was taken at sunset, so the darker terminator areas have that

bluish sky colouration.
