Subject: Does AstroIIDC negate my mounts calibration?

Using my LXD75, there's a calibration routine that you go through to

"train the drives" -- compensate for gear backlash, mainly.

When I use AstroIIDC (v.4), does it honor those settings when

calibrating/tracking or does it ignore them and use it's own settings?
