As I have said in the past on this list,  if you have an issue that is specific to your set up, it support issue and should be sent directly to me.

The Astro IIDC Yahoo list is not the place for Support issues, as I need a whole bunch of technical information that is specific to your setup to figure out what is going on. Unless you e-mail it to me, it won't show up in the e-mail and I won't get it.

So that is why I said send it to our support email address.
