Hi Milton, Perhaps if I can get the spacings right?! In-focus might be the problem.

Hi Mark;

I doubt if you will have enough back focus to reach focus with it.

With the 0.63x Focal Reducer on my C8 and my overly long arrangement

(OAG, LPR Filter Wheel and then Camera), I get a true Focal Reduction

of 0.517x but have very little back motion focus left.

HTH..

Has anyone tried a f3.3 focal reducer with an OAG? I`ve heard that

the f6.3 FR (Antares or

Celestron) will attach to an SCT then allowing attachment of the

guider but the f3.3 FR won`t

work this way? (i.e. in front of the guider) I was looking at a

Lumicon 1.25" NEG but am now

tending back in the direction of the Celestron Radial Guider..
