Hi Milton, Nice image- no telling what you might come up with without the turbulence! I`ve been looking at M 42 as a prospective candidate for imaging with the Flea 2 also. I even considered trying it without a FR & unguided to practise with the time exposure setting of the Flea 2 but decided against it. I`m still waiting to buy an OAG & FR- the FR looks feasible in early February. It seems if I was to use a Mogg 0.6 FR & 0.3 extender on the imaging camera I`d still need some sort of mosaic to include all of the object! Have you seen these new orion Deluxe OAGs? I`m told they have a helical focuser for the guide camera. I`m waiting to hear about availability in Australia as Orion won`t ship Internationally. Mark.
