Thank you Alan and Mark...
luck or serendipity are very important factor.
I waited until that late hour hoping for the Moon but it was impossible to grab in Hi-Res.
Saturn was approx 12° higher than the moon so I pointed it only because I wanted to unleash Astro IIDC to capture some movie after 4 hours waiting!
Serendipity maybe is better definition because i couldn' believe the huge difference of seeing between the Moon and Saturn so i grabbed. :-)
Mark, you are right. A friend of mine explained my mistake.
In my mind the cameras AU and AF model has been swapped for long time.
Now i make huge efforts not to write AU because now i'm used to my mistake!
Please correct me if i'll do it again (Saturn and the moons seems to be AU-free).
If you are interested i have a color version of saturn taken the same night with a DBK (+ baader IRCUT filter).
A question for who is concerned: i have a filter reel mounted on my DMK : Baader- R, G, B, (Empty), IR-PASS.
The Saturn grabbed in IR had a strong GHOST below itself and the RED one has a weaker ghost while G and B seems Ghost freee.
The IR and RED images are not blur or out of focus and the ghost is pretty precise so I could subtract it from the image as i currently do for the "doubled" moon imagery.
Now i'm wondering if the doubled moon imagery too can be cause by such IR-pass or Red filters that i always use for the moon.
Next time i will try the green one (like Alan) even if the loss of light is stronger than with the RED filter.
No one noticed such kind of problem? I could post the enhanced image of each channel separately.
Cheers
Alberto

Nice Saturn Alberto, the LRGB imaging makes quite a difference over my
colour camera. Could you clear up a question that`s been niggling me
since you posted your NGC 6960 shot. You cite the camera as a DMK
31AU03.AS. That`s a USB camera isn`t it, & therefore not controllable
by Astro IIDC? Did you take it on another platform & process it in
Astro IIDC maybe? Mark.
