The correct FOV formula in arc minutes is:

arc minute dimensions = (CCD dimension in mm / focal length in mm) * 3438.0;

For a 705 mm focal length scope is with 640x480 pixels each 7.4 microns is

Width =  (4.736 / 705) * 3438.0 = 23.1 arc minutes

Height =  (3.55 / 705) * 3438.0 = 17.3 arc minutes
