Here it flies straight overhead & is visible most of the night! I have other problems like re-collimating for a start after my corrector clean. I `ve also got to contrive to get a monitor outside close enough to the scope for focusing properly. A good polar alignment wouldn`t go astray though I managed to find & look at Jupiter using Equinox 6 the other night-no matter how poor the vision of it was. Good luck with your situation, anyway!

Yes it was mono as the seeing was very poor and it was not worth bothering to take the other colour components as it deteriorated very swiftly after this capture. Red can sometimes cut through poor seeing as can green. Jupiter is very low in the sky here at 52 degrees north and I'm trying to image it over the roofs of local houses as well. It skirts across a part of the sky that I have access to for about 3.5/4.0 hours a night from approx. 22:00 until 02.00.
