Not here.

I have one Mac left that can run Snow Leopard, and even that is iffy as it has the abomination of an Intel GPU that Cheap Apple stuck in the Mac Minis. If your Mac is 2 or more years old, it likely will have issues, especially the lower end models.

I have so far seen a lot of complaints on the QuickTime and Quartz composer Apple lists about big bug issues (including kernel panics), so frankly I'd wait until likely .02 is released unless you like being on the "Bleeding Edge" of Technology. It looks like they shoved it out the door without all features being completed or fully tested especially for "64 bit" app compatibility.
