Yes it is. That's my Grasshopper Mono EXHAD camera using Astro Don LRGB "E" series filters and the Mark II cooling rig I built, as shown here:

The "Mark II" version uses springs to keep the camera and cooler attached (no more rubber bands holding them together which eventually fail), has plastic wrap over the foam insulation to keep dew from soaking the insulation and lock in more "coldness", and has a bigger heat sink which give me an extra 3 to 5° C degrees of camera cooling. The only reason I have rubber bands on in that image was to keep the plastic wrap tight around the edges tight. I have since switch to using long twist ties which don't degrade like rubber does.
