Subject: Flea 2 & guiding...

Hi Milton,

I`ve been experimenting adding filters to the options window in Sky Tools 3 Pro. Previously there was just the Orion IR-Cut Luminance filter which is a default setting on ST3 but now I`ve added settings for my Baader IR/UV filter & the one inbuilt in the Flea 2. This is with Greg Crinklaw`s help with settings for these filters. The details for the Flea 2 were input from information given me by another user from reading the info in the Technical Manual. (Greg is adding these details to the upcoming upgrade of the software hopefully, along with those for the Scorpion & TIS DBK). If I set ST3 at "no filter" for the Flea 2 there`s a greatly improved result in the "Exposure Calculator". Would the IR/Cut filter in the Flea 2 cause a big detraction in spectral response do you think? I know you`re interested in a B/W Flea for guiding eventually. Is this part of the reason perhaps?

Mark.
