Hi Milton,

We've had more wintry weather than normal this year and I had my first experience of ice fog just before Christmas. I was heading to a small town in the Cotswolds to get our turkey from a great butchers shop there. I was on a fast road (the main road to Cirencester) and going fast down a long steep hill. At the bottom BANG! complete white-out it was really scary and bloody dangerous my car windows were all frosted-up in moments and I had to pull over. After clearing it though I must admit the countryside looked like the song "walking in a winter wonderland" it was magical (we don't get snow very often so it's a novelty).

PS: we've been buried in ice fog each night for the past 7 days,

except for today. Today the ice fog has not lifted for 24 hours, it's

started snowing and were 10°C below normal temperatures too.
