You use Apple Scripts to control capture between apps and move data around. That is the control for Work Flow.
And you've already got your answer if you read my previous reply and set it up.
Lastly, most people shoot movies, very few shoot frames.

Secondly, how many people are using it with Astro IIDC as I'm not
going to bother doing a whole bunch of code work for one Astro IIDC
license. It's not cost effective and there are many other things I can
be doing instead.
I would be very interested how other people are handling there images which they created with Astro IIDC. Do you manually import them to an organizing software?
I think, Astro IIDC is a great imaging software. The missing link to ANY image organizer is an obvious lack in the natural workflow.
