Subject: Mars: RGB vs L(IR)RGB

Hello,

as anticipated I uploaded also the RGB version which may be compared to IR-RGB:

Polar cap is definitely more prominent, as well as bluish haze/clouds on the eastern limb covering Syrtis Major: this renders more faithfully the visual effect perceived at the eyepiece, even though some fine surface detail pops out better in IR.

Thanks for looking!

Antonio
