CSC was predicting very good seeing this morning in Toronto so I got up early to drag the dob out of the garage. I should have known better because we're experiencing a heat wave here and the seeing is affected by the smog and humidity. It was more consistent than July 2 so AstroIIDC had no problem processing the data and I waited until 5 AM to catch Jupiter near 40 degree altitude.

Very nice.
I find that using the unisys 300 mb chart:
http://weather.unisys.com/nam/init/nam_300_init.html
is usually better at predicting the turbulence level than CSC. However at 6 am this morning , it has Toronto in a narrow low turbulence trough.
