This is a very photogenic filament/prominence. These are often very difficult to shoot because of the wide brightness range, but this one seemed particularly detailed and contrasty. You did a nice job capturing it. I took some pictures of it yesterday but the fall leaves have kept me too busy to work on it. Today I shot that fine tall prominence on the northeast limb. It's a treat to have two weekend sunny days this time of the year.
