They are made from aluminum. The anodizing inside is a bit reflective for my taste, so I touched it up with a small brush and flat black paint.

Thanks! Coincidentally, I had just found them and was about to e-mail to see what their adapter is are made of--alloy or plastic. I have seen some advertised as made of Delrin, but I want metal. Do you happen to know what their adapters are made of?

Thanks again,

David

David,

If you're on this side of the pond, Agena Astro sells a nice part:

Hello,

I have a C-mount to 1-1/4" barrel adapter for my Imaging Source FW camera (slides into the eyepiece tube on a diagonal, e.g.). I have no idea where I got it and I can't seem to find another for sale on line.

I need for it to have female threads opposite the C-mount threads to accept a 1-1/4" screw-in filter.

If anyone here knows of a source, would you please post it here?

Thanks!

David
