I shot both on the same night using my new AT8RC Scope. Actual focal lengths was 1650 mm. Guiding, stacking, alignment and image processing all done in Astro IIDC 4.06.06.

Also I've done the research and found the pieces I need to begin working on the Spectroscopy code over the next few weeks. Since I do not have any Spectroscopy images taken with grating or slit spectrometers, I'll likely need the people group to provide me with some sample images, especially of Calibration stars (Altair, Canopus, Castor, Procyon, Spica etc.) too.
