Unless someone has found an issue with Beta 7 version that I posted June 23 , I plan on releasing the golden master 4.07.00 release on thursday, June 30th. I have to do final run through of the ,dmg installer and bayer installer on PowerPC and x86 Systems for 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6 versions of OS X and with different levels of system access (Admin, Average User, Restricted User etc.) too.

So if you have run across a bug, please let me know soonest.

I'm not going to wait for Apple to release Lion as no one knows when in July that might be.

On a Lion related note. If any of you have the older x86 Mac Minis that have the Core Duo or Core Single Processor and are feeling left out with Lion's release, consider upgrading the Core 2 Duo processor for < $75 USD via E-Bay.

I ordered a T7200 2 Gighz Core 2 Duo on E-bay last week for $64 USD (including shipping) for my older x86 Mac Core Duo Mini, which will give me another Mac x86 box for Lion testing when it arrives (delayed because of the Canadian postal strike).
