Subject: Corot-2B Trasnit, round 2.

Hi Folks;

Here is my second (and last for 2011) attempt at recording the Corot2-B transit:

Unfortunately 25 minutes before the eggres of Corot-2B, the clouds rolled in.

You can see that the brightness was climbing back up when the clouds wiped everything out about 30 minutes before the end of the transit. I get a dip of about 37 milli mags, which is within 10% of the average 34.

The Start and MidPoint lines are the predicted points as listed in the Exoplanet Transit Database:

which agree pretty closely with my measurements. I started shooting at 9:30 pm, which is not completely dark and is why the starting stars for the first 10 samples are lower than expected (higher sky background). Seeing was not as good this time with FWHM in the 4 to 5 arc second range, versus 2.5 to 3 range the previous attempt, which is why there is more scatter.

TTYL..
