Subject: Solar Stuff

Weather hasn't been that cooperative but I had a chance to salvage the week with some solar imaging.  In fact during Sunday morning a large flare was recorded at the Big Bear Solar Observatory:

I managed only to have a look at the active region complex that generated the flare several hours later:
