Subject: NGC206 and M71

Hi Folks;

I managed to capture NGC 206 (Open Cluster in the arm of the Andromeda M31 Galaxy) under fairly good seeing conditions (FWHM 3 to 3.5 arc seconds):

on Sept 24th (16 min luma, 4 min red, 4 min green 5 min blue) and then captured M71 (Globular Cluster) sept 25th under mediocre (FWHM of 4 to 5 arc seconds) turbulence conditions:

(10 minute luma, 2.5 min red, 2.5 min green 3 minute blue).

These are first draft images. I love these dark skies out at the lake compared to Calgary. A 10 minute exposure with no LPR filter out here has background skies of 5,400 out of 65535 under hazy conditions where as in Calgary the same exposure would have background would be at least 18,000.

TTYL..
