Subject: Shuttle Discovery retirement  and ASTRO IIDC on PGR cams

Hey guys!

8500+ people came through the Shuttle Discovery event at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy museum in Washington the last two days.

I had 2 iMacs setup with a Grasshopper and a Scorpion to broadcast the live full disk COLOR solar images to the crowd plus 4 other scopes for visual.  It was a great event and I wanted to thank Milton for his support of the program and his wonderful software.

Here’s a little dramatic license with the one and only image I was able to take during the rush of people.  It was the busiest event by far I have ever done…  Now on to NEAF 2012!

Neat!!

I like using these little cameras with your software so much that I think I'm inclined to wait until you can talk about the one(s) you've been testing before making my next camera purchase.

I think you're right about the mount controll issue.
