Hi Jim;

You have to use Astro IIDC to extract the Macs serial number (see page 9 of the Astro IIDC Manual for instructions), send me that that and then I can generate an unlock key for it.

And just to be 100% clear, this falls under free replacement warranty. You can no longer use Astro IIDc on the Mac with the Dying hard drive going forward.
