So I was lucky enough to receive my Baader UV/IR block filter yesterday (right on time for the Venus transit). It makes a huge difference and I'm now able to properly focus on the sun. There are a lot of turbulence so only some frame are in focus but it is night and day in comparison to what I had this weekend.
