Subject: TOV from Collingwood, Ontario

A bunch of us took time off from work yesterday because weather forecasts for Toronto were not definite.  It had been raining heavily all weekend and cloudy Monday and possible rain showers just at 6 pm!

We ended up in Collingwood on the shores of Georgian Bay were we were able to observe about 1.5 hrs of the transit before clouds rolled in again.  Toronto fared well and had the same amount of clear skies for thousands of public spectators.
