You also need to update the firmware too.

There original firmware (1.4.0) had bugs in it - I mentioned this in the past (May 2011 correspondence with you) and I think this is also the Astro IIDC Manual. The version you need is 1.4.3 or higher and is available on the PGR Web sites download area.
