The PGR firmware update GUI ran fine under Parallels Desktop.  I'd suggest to find a buddy w/ a Windows machine.  It doesn't take long.  My camera ran fine after the update.  Good luck!

I got my cameras today.  I installed flycapture and tried to run the firmware update, but get an error every time I do.  I'm using Windows 7 in VMWare Fusion.

Flycapture runs the camera just fine, so I know the camera works.  I just can't install the update or get video to work in Astro IIDC.

Any suggestions?
