Subject: NGC 7331 and NGC 891

Hi Folks;

I am out at the dark site at Misstusine and the weather is finally cooperating.

I was up until 3 am, but managed to get my mount polar drift aligned and then imaged NGC 7331 (Deer Lick Galaxy Group) and NGC 891. Here are first draft images of the Luma (16 minute exposures) with no Darks, no Flats or field de-rotation correction (yet):

Measured FWHM is 3 to 4 arc seconds and the turbulence was very low. Astro IIDc only had to make a correction every few second to keep the Mag 8.3 guide star within 0.5 arc seconds of center - even though I was guiding at 7.5 fps.

TTYL..
