Right click on it, and select the "run" option. It will open, and you won't be prompted again.

I had 4.09.00 installed already.  I installed 4.09.01 but when I run it I get a message that "Astro IIDC" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.  I am on OS 10.8.1
