I appreciate the offer, but it is not something I would consider doing.

The code has value and it may be sale-able to other parties. But not if it's keys are still being sold for it, so it has to be wrapped up before a sale can even be entertained.

And there will be no updates going forward - so if Apple breaks it in a new release or hardware changes,  it's finished - meaning your money for new keys is now wasted.

From a cost perspective, your better off looking for new software going forward.
