This addresses 3 issues, including the one Dave reported two days ago. All updates and changes are documented in the "Read Me First.rtf" document in the .dmg installer, as well as Late Breaking notes like how to deal with the GateKeeper not allowing one to install, which was added to Lion 10.7.5 now.

- Fixed a bug where the name of the Time Code track was not being set up correctly after Field De-rotation was applied. If you tried to do Astrometry or Photometry, then the code would not find a valid time code track and would default to "relative" time not absolute time for the samples.

- Fixed a bug with packet and DMA optimization where long exposures would not arrive at the expected time under some circumstances. That got broken when I added the GPIO code in 4.08.00 - one line in about 1.2 million got accidentally commented out.

- Removed some debug statements that were showing up in the Console Windows when using "Images To Manually Aligned Movies...".
