hours after supper I returned outside at 11:30 to find a thin layer of

ice had formed on my finder, Telrad, and the entire top surface of my

portable imaging table. Very nasty!


After spending a precious 20 minutes thawing with a hair dryer,

massive clouds rolled in and I was resigned to try and wait them out.

They never really went away but I did get about 10 minutes of clear

space to grab some continuous data.


Too bad, because the seeing appeared to be very very good and given

more time I would have upped the image scale to f/30.
