I like to give my family members an Astro Image print for Christmas. My intended target this year was to shoot M 42 as a 4 frame collage using the 1.6 meter FL RC scope and the Grasshopper LRGB camera. This would be roughly 2700 x 2000 pixels  screen resolution at 0.83 arc seconds per pixel, easily upscaled during stacking to fit on an 11x14 or larger print. However the weather has been abysmal (we set some new record low temperatures this week, as well as having receive 1+ meter of snow since mid October) in Calgary. So I went to "Plan B", which was to create a Christmas (Red - Green) themed nebula collection from previous imaging sessions.

In the "Files" section, inside the "Other" folder is the "NebulaCollage_11x14_300dpi.jpg" image which is designed to print off at 300 dpi on an 11x14 print. The new and improved "Yahoo Groups" has broken my ability to provide an easy link to download, so you'll have to look for it yourself.  It's a collage of Nebulas images I have taken over the years, being vivid and over saturated by design (Red - Green XMas themed), which includes these objects:
