Looks like I won't be able to use the scripts for the event due to weather here and I'll be lucky to catch some of the event through sucker holes or thin clouds.  The forecast had been for clear skies friday night, but now we have cloud cover of partly to mostly cloudy.  This am. one Denver TV forecaster even talked up the transit and said visible with a small telescope -if it clears by midnight...  ARGH!   The scripts will still be good for solar activity and other Jup moon events so I will make an effort to get them running my camera.    Ron
