You only see "Packet Size" mentioned if your running in Format 7.


Your running in Fixed size Format 2 - Mode 7 at 7.5 fps which means each packet is 4 kilobytes in size. With two cameras running your running at 8 kilobytes per packet, and that's completely filling each packet in the stream. So your running on the edge of what can be carried over the isochronous stream. Dropping to 8 bit for one or both cameras would likely make it more reliable for streaming. However if the video stream starts up just fine, then I'd keep using it at 16 bit.
